Balance and Harmony

ANGELSPEAKE

“Eat well, walk on the beach, do what you like today. We are taking care of everything.”

This was part of the first message we ever received from our angels. They are still telling us that.

As human beings, we forget that the angel’s way is balance and harmony. We are so used to stress and discord that we forget there is a better approach. As we have grown older and hopefully wiser, the need to balance our body, mind, and spirit becomes more important. When we were younger and it was easier to bounce back, we could stay up late and eat and drink unwisely. The older we got, the more we chose not to do those youthful things. Mainly because we didn’t feel good when we became out of balance by indulging ourselves.

The Angels Speake:
It is amazing to us how your bodies get in the way of what and who you really are. It is as though your ideas of self stop at your skin. Loose ten pounds, do your fingernails, how does your hair look? Such worries about so little.

Think of that triangle you talk about – body, mind spirit. Imagine the point on the bottom, with mind and body along the sides. Spirit is at the top. Imagine the flat part named “spirit” as the highest. Why? Because your mind and your body SUPPORT your spirit. They are the struts that keep your spirit afloat and balanced. If you have a sick body and a lazy or overly active mind, your spirit cannot and will not have the proper structures to keep you’re your spirit supported. You never thought about it that way, did you?

Usually you think most about strengthening your body strut, but most people’s mental strut is not too good either. When a person becomes more balanced chemically by eating better, drinking plenty of water, avoiding sugar and caffeine, using no addictive substances and resting well, the process of balance will even be better and will come about faster.

When you become ill, your body is only trying to balance itself in a different way. You can help by adjusting your choice and intake of foods and dosages of vitamins and minerals, but it will usually just take care of itself. We are continually working with your body chemistry. You can do little compared to what we can do.

We watch you constantly. We see your energy as if it is on a sophisticated monitor much like in a hospital. We allow your body to heal itself, and we encourage it to do so, but sometimes, particularly as you get older, your body cannot replenish itself chemically as it once did and outside chemicals must be added. Your hormones, medications, and holistic medicines do that well. If they were not important, we would give you the insight not to take them. As it is, we remind you not to miss them, for they are necessary.

Your body and mind balance is governed by our inspiration as to what to do about it. Trust your inner knowing. Be good to yourselves today. Help us help you by being good to yourself. The balance is maintained more easily and faster when we work together.
