Fearing Y2K

When we were little girls we lived in a big old house that had a
cistern. Sometimes, at night, water bugs would come out of the pipes
and do whatever it is water bugs do—mainly walk around on the floor
in the dark. To us they were the scariest things that ever existed
and when we saw one we would scream and run and cry. We were
terrified of them!
Today, as adults, people have figured out much bigger ways to become
terrified. We have noticed how fearful people are becoming of the
“New Millenium.” Y2K has become a sort of bogeyman that is going to
get you if you don’t watch out. 2000 seems to be bringing up our
childhood fears of having something awful about to happen, but you
can’t really see it, can’t really prepare for it, and can’t really
understand it. But the fear is very real.
We asked our angels: Angels, what is going to happen in the New
Year? Do we need to prepare in some way?
The Angels Speak:
Dear Ones, you cannot imagine how much courage all of you have
to draw on at any given moment. You have survived many circumstances
that were dire and fear causing. When you look back on those events,
you cannot feel afraid of them today, because they are in the past.
You can only be afraid of the future. Think of what you were afraid
of last week, or last month? You cannot, because the power of that
fear is gone. It is past.
Here is our guidance to you. Stop fearing! Stop looking at your
calendar! Live today only. Live this moment. Live the beauty of this
second. Feel the love God is sending you in this day, just as he has
in all the other days of your life.
More guidance from us. Stop reading the newspaper if it brings
you fear.
More guidance: Stop watching the news on television if it upsets
you.
More guidance: Be prudent. Do what you need to do to take care of
your needs so you will feel safe. Believe us when we say there is no
monster out there to “get” you when you least expect it. Fear is the
true monster.
Q: Where does all this fear come from?
Angels: It has always been there. Fear is negative energy on
earth. Love is the positive energy. The power comes from which you
pay attention to. In every century there have been those who
espouse fear. They work against God. God sends angels to protect
you, love you, comfort you, support you, and to heal you. Now we are
teaching you to contact us directly so you will have more tools to
combat the fear which people are talking about.
Q: What can I do personally?
Angels: Child, pray. Get close to God and build your faith.
Pray and Believe that He thinks more of you than to let a "date" on
the calendar ruin your peace of mind or your life. God is watching
you, caring for you and sending His angels to keep you safe.
Q: What is going to happen on January 1st?
Angels: It will be a day the Lord has made. Rejoice and be
glad in it. Whatever any day brings, it is how you react to it that
is the issue. Spend the first day of the new century rejoicing and
loving. Make fearing a non-choice. Be happy. Don’t look for
“monsters.”

Make a list of all the things you have learned to love in your life
so far. Then remember the best is yet to be.
