The experiences in my life now feel like they are all a "final exam." If we pass these, will we be able to move on in this life and be the mentors we're meant to be--instead of staying "in the fourth grade" and feeling like we're treated like a child (on the job) constantly?

The Angels’ Answer:
Dear One, it is difficult for you to be on the earth plane when your spirit longs to soar with the angels. You have the soul of a true seeker. A true seeker is NEVER content. A true seeker longs to move forward into new awareness and great deeds and to work for God. A true seeker is always seeking for more ways to love God and do His work. It is both a gift and a burden, for when you long to seek, your ego must be engaged in order to BELIEVE you are necessary, gifted, and able to do whatever shows up. Patience is always required, but is a trait a true seeker does not have in great supply. Patience and Motivation are strange companions.

You, dear lady, are not in the 4th grade. Nor are you in a competition with a graduation and applause at the end. You have selected your life to learn and to give to others the value of what you have learned. Think of it this way. If a “teacher” did not go to school, how would that teacher know how to teach? Look at your life as a school and you both the teacher and the student. You teach what you know, but you are also learning from other teachers what you need to know in order to teach greater things to others.

Your frustration is not because you have nothing to teach, but because there is TOO MUCH TO DO and you cannot see your part of the whole because you are looking at what you have to do, rather than what you have done. This is good, but it still creates a “gap” in the way you feel. You feel incomplete and unfulfilled because you cannot see what you have accomplished.

Trust that God knows. Trust that He is the GREAT TEACHER and as you need to know, you will be filled with the knowledge you require. You are not alone in any way. Many others feel as you do, but know also that just because your MIND doesn’t know what is going on, doesn’t mean your soul doesn’t know either. You ARE doing your work. You ARE progressing. And you are walking in the LOVE of God which will help you do more and more and more.

THE LIGHTER SIDE

While walking along the sidewalk in front of his church, our minister
heard the intoning of a prayer that nearly made his collar wilt.
Apparently, his five-year-old son and his playmates had found a dead
robin. Feeling that proper burial should be performed, they had secured
a small box and cotton batting, then dug a hole and made ready for the
disposal of the deceased. The minister's son was chosen to say the
appropriate prayers and with sonorous dignity intoned his version of
what he thought his father always said: "Glory be unto the Faaaather.
and unto the Sonnn..... and into the hole he gooooes."

A little boy opened the big family bible. He was fascinated as he
fingered through the old pages. Suddenly, something fell out of the
Bible. He picked up the object and looked at it. What he saw was an old
leaf that had been pressed in between the pages. "Mama, look what I
found", the boy called out. "What have you got there, dear"? With
astonishment in the young boy's voice, he answered, "I think it's Adam's underwear!"

Which reminds me…(Barbara)
When my son was small we were saying a Hail Mary before bedtime. He was very clear one evening, when he said, “Hail Mary, full of grapes.”

ANGELS' RESPONSE:
It is a year of progress for the earth. Many changes are forthcoming. Many dark clouds are appearing. Do not fret. As more of you see and reflect the Light, all will be impacted by this. Darkness will begin to abate. The collective consciousness will begin to ascend towards the Light. Do not let fear take the upper hand. We are here for you personally and collectively, to assist your journey towards the Light.

THE ANGELS SPEAKE
Lately, life has seemed very serious, and we noticed we weren’t smiling and laughing as much as we used to. We asked our angels what to do.

Dear Children,
How silly you are just by asking that question! Of all people you are able to see the bright side of life whenever you want to. But these are serious times and we can help you and others to remember what you already know.

Humor is a gift from God. Tell jokes. Make jokes. Cut funny faces into pie crust tops. Put silly notes in your kid’s pockets. Put notes in your spouse’s pocket reminding him or her of a romantic time you had together. If, on a scale of 1-10, “1” is despair and “10” is joy beyond reason, and “5” is to be in the blahs, you can select which side of “5” you want to be on. It is up to you.

Many people listen to the news and take it to heart. They begin to feel that disaster is imminent and that nothing good is every going to happen again. Some people even think the end of the world is nigh. Not at all! The world is changing, yes, but the end is not in sight and love is growing at an exponential rate. Remember your first day in high school? How you couldn’t wait for it, and yet you had heard so many bad things, that you were also terrified? Well, you survived that day and many more afterward. You ended up learning something, and made many friends and had some wonderful experiences. (And some not-so-wonderful.)

So it is with any change. Sometimes it looks worse than it is. Or you THINK it is worth than it is. Be in the NOW. This day is perfect and you are perfect in it. Do not plummet into despair when nothing has happened to you yet! There is plenty of time to worry later. Put off you worries until a later date. Then put
them off again. Soon you will see you have evolved into another place/space, and it really wasn’t so awful after all. In the meantime, keep your sense of humor.
