Hello Ms. Mark. I want to thank you for talking on World Peace TV. I just saw the interview tonight and I was deeply moved by it. I have recently completely uprooted my life and moved to San Diego. I believe that the move was motivated by the mutual interests of God and me, but it never would have happened without the assistance of my family and some important acquaintances. It is obvious that the God's assistants are behind my life. Your words tonight struck me as those that I've been thinking these past two months and felt the need to share that with you.

Some of these included your relating that we need to believe that we deserve what we wish for; that God works through his angels; we need to be specific about what we want and we need to be positive and let God do the work. I seem to be on the same wavelength as you in this regard and wanted to say that to you.

I hope that many people email the same type of stories to you. Best wishes for you and your sister and your work. If I had one million dollars, it would be yours, unfortunately, I don't. Dennis C.

Dear Barbara and Trudy
My Daughter bought me one of your books and I just started reading it. Five years ago I began to have dream/visions with God speaking to me and telling me many things, but long before that I have had many Spiritual experiences with miracles and touches by Angels. At age 2 1/2 I got Polio and many times I have known Angels and the Hand of God were with me through surgeries and helping my recovery.

I have way too many stories to tell and, the biggest being my dream/visions of the last five years, but will tell you one quick one that happened not too long ago....I am going through Post Polio Syndrome and getting older ( I am 53 ) and some days I just feel so ugly when I look in the mirror. I got to where I was brushing my teeth in the morning and looking in the mirror and saying, "You’re so ugly." One morning I was woken up by an Angel voice telling me my Angels were tired of hearing me look into that mirror and say I was ugly. She said I was so beautiful and if I could only see me as they see me I would never say I was ugly! Now, whenever I look in that mirror, I smile and say I'm beautiful because I know they are there.

Dear Ladies!
Finally, after 50 years of "seeking" (I'm 63) and attending an Episcopal seminary...I have met my angels and they are mine!

Have been looking to connect in all manner of ways...yoga, meditation, prayer. I have experienced miracles in my life, but was as Thomas...a doubter! God was with me when my 4 1/2 year old (middle) son died after a bout with Reyes Syndrome. My Guardian Angel was with me when coping was difficult. God was again in the room as my late husband was passing over...and the angels have been beside me all along. I just couldn't accept their presence.

Until...I read your book two weeks ago. Everything became clear! My Guardian Angel was revealed to be Uriel. The angel who communicates the most with me (the others are there) via the word processor...is called "Billy!" I would have preferred a more exotic name...but "Billy" it is. He said he was "male" because I seem to relate to males better!

I have never experienced such happiness and peace! What joy!

I am a Special Education teacher in a special purpose school for kids 7-12 who are have severe emotional and behavior problems. I was told by more than one person when I was studying for the priesthood in the Episcopal Church, that my ministry was in education, not a parish. SO, here I minister until I retire.

I hope to learn more as I explore my angelic messengers. I feel as an infant in this process...but am excited to make the journey toward maturity. Thanks for your insight and your books. I especially enjoy the web site. I wish you would have a seminar in the mid-west. I live near Kansas City.

Your letter made our hearts sing! Sometimes the availability of the angels is what makes it hard for us to connect. It is as if they are so close, we tend to look beyond them, when all we really need to do is to breathe.

I have been listening to your tape daily, have purchased a dedicated journal, have begun prayer, asked for communication and written daily to my angels. I love to write so the words flow easily. I know that they are with me & listening as much that I have requested help with over the past month has come to pass yet they are not writing to me. Does it usually take some time for this to occur? I have asked in writing for them to write back to me but still nothing. I do not doubt for a moment that they are there, just that they are not writing. Do you have any advice?

Dear Patti,
It sounds like you are journaling. As long as you are asking a question, you aren't receiving what they are telling you. Just ask a short little question, such as “Angels, what do you want to tell me?” Then start for the first time by writing as if they are talking to you, "Dear Patti, we love you and...." and then continue writing what you know to write. It doesn't take any time from the question to the answer. It is very conversational, in fact.

POSTSCRIPTS FROM THE OTHER SIDE
Dear Barbara and Trudy,
A question I would love to have answered in the newsletter concerns NBC Correspondent David Bloom. It is almost a year since he passed in Iraq, covering the war. His passing was so sudden, and he was at the pinnacle of his life and career. Could you ask him if he has any insight as to why he had to go at that time, and why perhaps, so many people were drawn to him and devastated by his passing?

Dear Sarah and all the others who cared about me and my work. No one dies accidentally. No one! Our deaths are orchestrated by our own choice to make our final statement about the way we lived. I was an adventurer. Can you imagine me dying as an old man in a sick bed? Neither could I.

Yes, it is sad to lose a loved one to death, but if you could see it from this side, you would know that there is no death, and my absence from my dear wife and my children is only temporary. Just a blink of an eye, so to speak.

Here is the statement I want to make. I want you to be aware that there are many sad stories during a war. There are many secondary tragedies that have nothing to do with bullets and armies and political decisions. The common man is affected just as much as the soldier. The child, sleeping in his crib is just as much at risk. War is not about good guys and bad guys. It is about the common man who dies from an unrelated cause. The stress of war condemns the world to a type of death, for if I died in Iraq, so did a part of you in the United States, or England, or Australia, or Pago Pago. I received many accolades in the press and television because I was one of them. Because of that coverage, even those of you who had never heard of me before grieved for me personally. It was your way to show that you felt the sadness of the war and the tragedies that happened because of it. Hemingway said it in “For Whom the Bell Tolls”. It does, indeed, toll for everyone.

Many others will die in this conflict and others which will come to pass. Pray for them. Love them. Grieve for them. Feel the pain of the absence of their bodies from earth. It is the only way we can begin to understand the sanctity of each soul, and the pain of war wherever you live.
