Our sister, Jackie Anderson, has undergone cervical spine surgery to repair some severe damage to the nerves which control her lower body. She is now out of the hospital in Iowa City, Iowa and has entered a rehabilitation hospital to teach her to use the extremities which were affected, mainly for walking. The cards you sent to her have been extremely appreciated and have cheered her up during this difficult and painful time. You are wonderful! Hello Barbara and Trudy,
First of all thank you for the beautiful gift you have given all of us. I love your books and all your information on Angels. My question to my Angels is: My brother and his wife and kids have been going through a very difficult time, loss of communication, loss of respect and having a tough time with their teenage daughters. I care and love them very much and have tried very hard to support them and have found a therapist for them to see. I have also given them a small monetary amount so that they can go see the therapist. Was it my Angels guiding me to do this? Was it my mother trying to help them through me? Was I right to get involved and do this for them? I guess I want to make sure I did the right thing? Thank you so much for listening to my question and I hope you can answer this for me. I just hope that I am doing the right thing.

Dear Grace,
It is very hard to see our family members having difficulty. We had a spiritual mentor one time who, when we asked a question similar to yours, said to us, "What are your motives?" She said that if our motive was in any way meant to fix, control, or manipulate, then it was probably not the right thing for us to do.
It is okay, however, to offer the gift and then to let go of what they want to do with it. If they take your offer, that is their decision. If they don't, that is also their decision. Don't be hurt. It is like buying a book for a person. You can give it, but the receiver may not choose to read it.
This same mentor told us another time that when we wanted to do something and weren't sure it was right, to ask ourselves these three questions.
1. How important is it anyway?
2. Is it any of my business?
3. Do I have to make a decision today?
How you answer these questions will tell your heart if you are doing the right thing.

HI LADIES
I read you newsletters and enjoy them so much. I know that things happen for reasons. I know that we are loved and watched over. Things have been so difficult for me in the last year, that it is hard to remember all of the things I know.
I've lost two jobs and I am so behind in bills that I am afraid to answer the phone. I have always been a hard worker, I am good to people and enjoyed my jobs in the medical field. But I can't make a living anymore working in the medical world. I miss the patients and people I worked with. They are all kind and loving. I don't know what to do now. I don't know what is and will be good for me in the long run. I suppose I am getting very tired and need the help of angels. I feel them around me. I feel spirit around me. But I can't hear them. I need help. Could you ask them what is it I need to do??? I am getting scared. This life keeps getting harder and harder.

Dear Patricia,
There is a 12-step program called Debtor's Anonymous which has been set up for people with your problems. Go to www.debtorsanonymous.org and you will find lots of information on how to get out of your situation. There is also a book called "How to Get Out of Debt, Stay Out of Debt and Live Prosperously." by Jerrold Mundis. It is awesome. We hope you live in the Salem in Massachusetts. There is a very active DA group in Boston.
You do NOT have to live in fear about money. Oftentimes, we do not see the solutions which are before us. Pray for clarity and solutions to be SO CLEAR that you will absolutely know without doubt that they came from your angels.

Hello Barbara ...
My name is Carla . I’m living in Miami, Florida. I’m from Peru, and I’m 6 moths pregnant I want to write you because I need help by my angels ..I have a very hurt time in my life right now and I don’t know how to get out from all the problems. I used to talk with my angels but it is a time that I can’t seem to speak with them. I have a very hurt time with my partner and an economic problem. We almost broke our relationship even if we love each other so much.
My baby was a miracle ..I dream one night there were two beautiful and big angels next to my bed. And they talked to each other about "everything is ready" ... One month later, I was pregnant. I’m 31 years old and always my doctor say that it will be very hard for me to have babies, but my God listened to my prayer and now Stefano is in me. Yes, it is a little boy.
Barbara, What is the way to find my angels again?? Can you help me please I’m so desperate and cry all day long. My business is telemarketing and is not too good and my employees are very sad about that. Help me please!

You are on the right track with prayer. Here is a simple one that will help you be at peace. Pray, “Dear God, you take care of my business, and I will take care of Stefano.” Then rest your mind, for it is being done.

POSTSCRIPTS FROM THE OTHER SIDE
HARPO AND THE ANGELS
Dear Barbara & Trudy
Last Wednesday evening I was reading your book, Angelspeake, before I went to bed. That night I had a strange dream that Harpo Marx, of all people, was standing next to me. He was smiling and hugging me and appeared to be overjoyed at seeing me. I woke up shaking my head thinking, "WHY on earth would I dream about Harpo???" I hadn't seen any Marx Brothers movies lately, nor had I seen or read anything about them for months. It stuck with me all day because it was so odd.
Later that evening, I was sitting on the couch and had the TV on. I was half-watching the Classic Arts Showcase channel which shows clips of ballet, opera, orchestral pieces,
old movies, etc. I looked up at the screen to see the next clip, and lo and behold, there was Harpo! I started getting a chill about that time. What really floored me was that he was playing a song I didn't recognize at first. Halfway through I realized he was playing a song he had written called "Guardian Angels"!!!! I really don't know what it was all about but it made me feel very happy!
Just thought I’d share this experience with you.

Dear Dr. Kubler-Ross, What do you have to tell us now that you have made the trip that
your life-work was about. Is dying like you thought it would be?
Dear Ones,
Absolutely not! It wasn’t even close. It was like I was writing about one grain of sand when I was trying to describe an ocean. There is so much more love and joy and peace and recognition than I could ever believe. When you pass over, after whatever claimed you, disease, accident, or decision (yes, some people just decide to die) you may or may not go through a tunnel and you may or may not see an angel. But what you will see is every soul who was dear to you in this life and others coming to great you. They come in hundreds of thousands and line up to help you over and to tell you how glad they are you are back. That is why people don’t return easily. If you knew what was waiting here, you would immediately realize that this is the greeting that every soul who matters to you will give you. You also know those on earth who remained: family, friends, etc. will also have this same greeting and that it really won’t be so long till they do.
The thing no one really stresses about this side is that there are no negatives. There are still lessons, and there is still work that you choose to do or to continue, but when every effort is surrounded in love, there are no obstacles. You and what you choose to do is the most important thing, and you work in the highest degree of truth. Love surrounds every action. Angels keep you and hold you and sing to you and if it sounds, but earth standards, a bit like Hollywood, it isn’t. Even Hollywood can’t create a place like this.
On earth, I was a bit serious and took myself a bit seriously. I reached a spiritual understanding and peacefulness at the end, but I am certainly glad to be here. I was done. I was ready. I did what I was born to do, and I will continue here by helping those who are afraid to die have an easier passing. What a Glory.
Perhaps I’ll write another book or two and channel them through you. Why not? Nothing is impossible, I now know.
