In the past few years, I have been confronted multiple times with a particular situation that leaves me speechless and groping for something meaningful to share. What I have been faced with on these occasions is a person who is angry at God for "letting" a loved one die, suffer or experience a profoundly devastating life's turn. These people are so angry at God's "refusal to change events" or "indifference" that they will not go to church, refuse to acknowledge God, or have completely abandoned their belief in all things spiritual.
I would be blind to not recognize that I am being presented a lesson or an opportunity when I hear this same story time and time again. I just am not seeing the direction.

Dear Lori,
We know exactly how you feel. We always felt there was some wise word or two we could say that would help, but we finally learned that sometimes there isn't. Anger is one of the steps in the grief process, and the angels taught us that eventually they will get on to another step, or they won't, but they will do it in their own good time. We also learned that they have their own angels beside them helping them through their process, and there is no better help than angelic help.
Now, what we do is pray for God and the Angels to help them and to bring them peace of mind and heart. As Bill Cosby said after the death of his son, “God doesn’t make bad things happen to us. We are a part of a larger plan.” One thing is for sure, we will never understand the plan.
You have a good heart, Lori. Never lose that, but know that loving someone in pain is the perfect action whether you have “proper” words to say or not.

I recently took the teleclass with Barbara, and loved it! However, I did forget to ask you a question. When "speaking" to the Angels, is it always necessary to pray for protection first? Is just thinking about them around me enough? I ask because there is so much bad/evil things in the world, and I am afraid that without the prayer of protection, I could be "speaking" to something else. I always ask for St. Michael to clear the air, and say the Guardian Angel Prayer before I begin, but sometimes I forget. For example, while driving, I have a "conversation" with them, and visualize a beautiful, loving, angel next to me to converse with. Then I realize I forget to say the prayer of protection. Is visualization of an angel enough, or do I have to say a prayer of protection first?

Thanks for your question. If you are aware the angels are around you, then you are already protected. Acknowledging your angels is a form of prayer. We have to give them permission to come to us and then you know that they will always be there. The prayer is to call them in so you are protected from any negative energy that may be around. We always start every communication with Dear God and Angels….. We expect the Highest Angelic Presences to come to us. It isn’t that you need a formal prayer, it is the attitude of protection and the connection that is important. You are on the right track.
Also, this is a good question for you to ask your angels directly. See what they say and pass it on to us.

Dear Barbara, excuse me for being cheeky but I don't really know much about you and your sister. I have looked at your web page and I am intrigued! I first saw you mentioned on James Van Praagh’s web page and I thought I'd look you up . I live in Scotland and I'm a big fan of JVP and also John Edward and I suppose I believe 95% in everything they say although I admit I have doubts bout the whole "afterlife". But when I read a bit of your chat on JVP you said that you only have to ask the Angels to touch you and they will, well I've asked them and they didn't come. Do you think it is because I'm a bit frightened of the unknown ?

Dear Karen,
Perhaps you are expecting more than it is. Most touches are very subtle. When our deceased mother touches us it is like the softest kiss on our cheek. Our guardian angel touches Barbara on her left leg with shivers. Trudy gets smells more than touches. Our guess would be that they are touching you or giving you some sort of response, but you talk yourself out of it. We did for a long time until someone explained to us that it wasn't a hefty pat, but often just a tiny sensation. It will come when you least expect it, and you will just KNOW.

This is my first newsletter and it is unbelievable, thanks so much for putting
into words the many thoughts from the angels, that I have been unable to do.
Thank you for your God given courage, I pray this information will get out in the
form of a book it would truly bless so many in so many countries, who don't
know of your God given works:
In response to a comment concerning some of Fr. Mychal's information not
being in the bible, I beg to differ! I will share my story and give scriptural
references.
I had a vision of 9-11 several years before it happen, ( Joel 2:28,29 ) I was
and still am in shock to be able to see something and have it happen.
To keep it short, I saw the twin towers and a big explosion coming from the
sky, and all of a sudden I had a knowing this was taking place in New York,
and I am sorry to say there is more, much more to come.
I believe that life and all who come to this earth has a purpose and this is spoken
of in Jeremiah 1:5.
I believe that there are human angels as spoken of in Hebrew 13:2.
and they are here on a special duty Matthew 22:14.
I believe that we are all spiritual beings and this is found in I Thessalonian 5:23
and when we are finish we will fly away and this is found in Psalm 90:10.

Dear Angels,
May we please speak to Johnny Cash?
Yes, Barbara and Trudy, I am here and I am happy to talk to you. It was clear many months ago that I was ready to come over to this side, and I am so glad I finally did. The music here is certainly not like any I played there, and I am delighted to be with my dear wife and all the others that came before me. Particularly the many music makers that I was born to be with in my lifetime. The music we play here is better than any tune we played or wrote over there. I always thought that country music was made in heaven, and now I know that is true because I am helping make it.
In my travels I met all kinds of folks. Some were more like saints while others would have been fodder for hell. But I also learned that there were good things in the bad people and that if you had a little patience and gave a little time, you would find it. I also found out that in most of us, there is a whole lot of both, depending on what time of day it is. It was sure true for me, but I still lived a long time, left some pretty decent kids, and am proud of my work.
My message to all of those of you who are still doing what you do over there is this:
Do what you love. Don’t waste one minute at work you hate or with people who give you grief. Make the best life you can for yourself, and if you make mistakes, so what? You can rectify them one at a time by treating yourself well. Be happy! And if you’re not happy, do what it takes to get happy. It is only you who stands between that heaven and hell I was talking about.
Smile, as they say. God loves you!

Dear Angels, Is John Ritter available to speake with?
Yes, I am here, too. What a send off I got, but not nearly as wonderful as what greeted me on this side. Who would have thought that I would wake up one morning and then die that day? I sure didn’t, even though I didn’t feel very well for the last day, I still didn’t think that I was going to die!
Honey, I am okay. Kids…don’t forget me. And what ever you do, remember me as I really was, not what the mags said. Dad was a whole different man than the portrayal of me that the press loved to talk about.
For the rest of you, thanks for the long run. As Johnny said before me, I was a lucky man because I got to do what I loved every day of my life. If I had only one thing to say that I was most glad about is that I felt blessed that I could get up in the morning and know that today was going to be fun and I was going to be happy in it. WOW! Even the last day wasn’t so bad.
For good or bad, I made my own decisions. Sometimes others didn’t like what I decided, but as I look back, if I erred one way or another it was that I didn’t make enough decisions that were for my own good, rather than someone else’s. That doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t have been a nice guy, it just means that I should have been a nice guy to myself and my family more often than I was to strangers. I see now from this side, that God takes care of us better than I thought He did. I could have left more up to Him and what he was intuiting to me.
This is neat, being able to give a message to all of you through Barbara and Trudy. Who knows what wonderful things will happen when we get used to calling each other up.
