We have been doing an unusual amount of traveling lately, but we are home and making nice plans for 2005. It will be a year for the angels to do their work. It will be OUR year to help them. Pray for guidance and Divine Right Action, which simply means to trust God’s plan.

^O^---Someone who I know from our church just lost a son in a car accident. I thought of you and your book The Angelspeake Book of Prayer & Healing. Now I only know who the family is from seeing them in church. I recognize them but don’t really know them. But I hear they are having a hard time and wanted to send a greeting and thought of also sending this book. What do you think? Is it suitable?

Dear Mike,
Bless you and your good heart! It is always hard to know what is appropriate in times of tragedy. When we wonder what to do, we ask ourselves, what would the angels do? One of the angel’s jobs is to comfort people in times of pain. Your need to comfort this family is the work of the angels. The book is appropriate and so is your desire to pass on something that has helped you. Perhaps it was he angel’s idea in the first place and you are receiving the desire from them. They often use people like you to help them do their work.

My husband was so upset about our recent election. I was wondering if you could ask Jesus or Mary if electing George Bush was the right thing for our country. Many of us would feel better if we knew God was pleased with the choice. Sincerely, Helen
Dear Helen,
Your husband was very passionate and sincere about his belief in his choice of candidate. Since in any election there is the “good man” and the “not-so-good man” in everyone’s eyes, there will always be those who are disappointed. Now is the time to turn your passion into prayer, for no matter who is elected, the president of a powerful nation needs the prayers and support of all of his electorate. Pray that all elected ones have: wisdom, patience, egolessness, kindness, honesty, peaceful hearts, and above all, faith that God will help in all their decisions. If you don’t care for the one who won, pray even harder, for to pray for the one you dislike will certainly deify all actions; yours and his. I prayed for politicians while I hung on the cross. It can be done.

I just have a suggestion. With the election now over and all the energy, money and negativity poured into it and now with some very depressed and some very happy Americans, I was wondering if perhaps a couple of past presidents would be willing to come forward and say a few words to us about all of it.
Lincoln? FDR, JFK? Truman? Whoever has something to say. I think it would be interesting to hear their point of view about what we've been through and the effects on the USA and the world.

When I hear your question, I think of how unpopular I was when I was elected President of the United States of America. I remember mostly the horrible day when the south seceded from the Union. I felt that I had failed my God and all the citizens of this wonderful nation. I could not fathom how this broken country could ever be healed. The press could not say anything good about me during those years. Everything I did was accused and criticized. People burnt me in effigy and walked unceasingly in front of the White House carrying torches and declaring me immoral, insane, and corrupt. I received death threats by the score, some even from esteemed members of Congress and the Senate. Then, after all was seemingly over and the rebuilding could begin, one of those threats was carried out and my term on earth was over! How ironic that today you celebrate my birthday with a day off from work and you esteem me above nearly all other presidents.
Give it a hundred years or so. Then decree your presidents as great or ghastly. Time will only tell. In the meantime, support your beliefs. Do not be a silent citizen. Voice your opinions loudly and strongly. Vote! It is the person who votes who has the right to yell the loudest.

Understanding Other Lives
We received this wonderful email yesterday and wanted to pass on the angels’ answer to all of you.
Hi Barbara and Trudy!!!
My name is Sandy from Puerto Rico. My angel's name is Sebastian. I believe that nothing is by chance, everything is written to guide you through life. At this point of my life I have this question: What do angels say about living other lives before and after this one? I would like very much your answer.

Dear Angels, please teach us about our other lives.
Those who believe in other lives and those who don’t are both right. There is only ONE existence. There are many forms of existing.
It is only you who call it “other lives.” To us it is just one. Think of your radio or television and you will be able to understand it the best. Your radio has many stations on it and the signal is there for all of them all of the time. You, however, choose to listen or to be aware of only ONE AT A TIME. It is the same with your lives. At this moment, in other dimensions and in other places, many lifetimes are being played with you as the star. You, today, in this place, in this frequency, in this time, are only paying attention to this ONE.
How can this be? It is difficult to understand the infiniteness of the universe. It is also difficult to understand that more than one thing can be happening at a time. Just trust this truth, because you will never be able to figure it out. The science of physics explains it the best, but not too many people understand it and even that form of mathematics is still understood primitively in your place. We will try to put it out for you so you can believe.
You are not your body. You are the energy that surrounds your body. When you were created by God on the First Day of the First Millennium, you became that energy/soul. You became you. From that time forward you have desired to learn more about your potential and you have chosen many forms in which to do it. You have been many beings expressing yourself in many ways. Your soul has been the radio, so to speak, and it has chosen many forms and ways to express itself.
All of your lifetimes have folded together and shifted from one to the other, but you are still one soul living this awareness today. Be concerned only with this one. Why? Because you have chosen this lifetime (awareness) to learn certain things. You have chosen to be with other like-minded people to help each other. Again, to use the radio analogy; it is ONE radio (your soul) playing this ONE station (this lifetime) with many different choices of how to do it (Free Will) with many other energies helping you (friends, relatives, teachers, etc).
You are a kind of symphony of radios all playing at the same time, playing different music, at different volumes. What is good about it is that God creates the harmony. When your self becomes out of harmony for some reason, God sends us, his angels, to restore that balance and harmony as much as possible. Yes, it is a big job.
So, to answer your question, There is only one YOU, but many ways to express the divinity of your YOUNESS. All of them are perfect and important. You are truly a cell in the heartbeat of God

We have just returned from this year’s Angelcruise in the Eastern Caribbean. There is so much that goes on when a group of like-minded angel believers get together. POSTSCRIPTS FROM THE OTHER SIDE: Yasser Arafat
YASSER ARAFAT
You were very controversial. Some thought you a saint, others a huge sinner. What was it, really?
Neither. I was a man who had a destiny to fulfill. I was mostly a teacher. Some will deny that I made it to the other side at all and are sure that I am burning in hell. In my reality here I am with wise teachers who are helping me look at my life objectively to see where I failed and where I succeeded. I am seeing what I could have done better, and how I could have made decisions differently. There is good in all work no matter how others see it.
Maybe in some life I will be a Buddhist. For here I am learning about balance and the middle way. Politics is loaded with passion, and as a passionate man, I was full of political ideas and opinions that did not always suit popularity or the political ideologies of other people. Passion is not peace or balance. Passion is “my way only” and the great need to convert others to think as you do. Politics has nothing to do with right or wrong. It is only about selling your way to the most people.
I am resting here, too. Feeling good and safe and at peace is wonderful. Thank you for asking about me. No one asks about what I think here. They just let me see myself truthfully.
