ASK THE ANGELS

...About Coaching

Hi Trudy:
I asked my angels about continuing my coaching with you. Here’s what they said.

“Dear Angels,
My current coaching contract with Trudy is up and I have only one more session. You know my money situation. I feel I can’t commit again financially. To not talk with her
makes me very sad. There are not too many people that I am intimate with and she has meant more to me than she even realizes. I truly believe my life would not have the awareness and knowledge if she had not been there. Trudy has no judgment, she supports me in all areas and with special issues and problems, she gives me guidance
through her communication with you that I am not in the place yet to receive. Her wisdom, love and support are a big part of my path. Please tell me if it is time to separate from coaching with her. I get an intuition that it is OK – but it’s scary for me
and there’s that awful feeling I get when people leave me.”

The angels answer:
“Dear Nancy,
We love you and know so well how you feel. Trudy is a gift from God to you, to touch your life in ways to bring you along your journey. She is truly remarkable and has the Light of God in her turned up to maximum brightness. But child, do you know that your light is also growing brighter?

There will be learning times to stumble, but that is how it is. Every stumble is not a bad thing – it helps us learn to walk. Trudy has taught you much, but every teacher teaches you what you need to learn and then come new teachers. She is not leaving you; that is not the reality. She will always be there when you need her, but child, you are learning to find your own resources within yourself more and more. It is time for you to walk with less support.

See yourself as someone who could not walk at all. Then you get in a wheel chair and someone pushes you. Then you roll around by yourself. Next you graduate to a walker, and with assistance, you take some steps and soon use the walker by yourself. Then you go to a cane for help and so on. At every level a new kind of assistance helps you to the next level, but the kind of assistance needed keeps changing as you progress to walking.

Dear one, we know your fear of walking, but think of all the places you will be able to go. You may always ask for assistance when needed but walking on your own will give you a sense of being that you have yet to feel. You will be within yourself instead of outside yourself into others. Know this child; we are always, always, always here. Bless you

…About Just Being…

Dear Angels,
I’m sorry it’s been so long; you know how my month has been. I need to keep closer to you and don’t know why I don’t let myself sit down and write. There is an avoidance thing in me. I don’t know what that’s about. Can you help me understand what that is?

The angels answer:
“Dear One,
We love you and know that you find it very difficult to just be. Just being is the time you allow yourself to be quiet, to think, to go inside, to write to us/write your thoughts, whatever comes to you. But dear one, in your life experience were you ever allowed to just be? Heavens not. When you review where you have been you will know this was not part of your teachings. You were taught to do, do, do and must, must, must; always taking care of everyone and everything, and if all that doing was not in your physical, it was always in your mental. ‘Always I have to do this, and I have to do that or there will be consequences’ and definitely not pleasant ones.

But now is a different time. There is no one around you telling you where you must go, what you must do, do, do – or else! There is only you and the “or else” message comes only from you. Guess what? You can now choose a new thought; ‘I no longer choose to have to do, I will just do what I feel like and that’s my inclination’ (maybe it might even be us whispering in your ear!)

Child, life is for joy, not angst. Angst is created by believing we are not doing enough, but know that you are more than enough by not doing anything. You do not have to do to be. Just be. We will help you in this as we do in all areas.

I Am So Thankful

As the Holiday Season approaches and I look back at this year.  I am so thankful. First of all, I can’t believe that Barbara is now in spirit.  This year has been such a roller coaster ride for all of us who have known and loved Barbara. The angels have taught us that all of life’s experiences, whether we see them as good or bad, always come with opportunities to learn and move forward in our lives.

And what, you might ask, am I thankful for? Well, for starters, I am thankful for YOU. Your prayers, your loving support, your cards and letters, hugs, phone calls and most of all your ever-present goodness that constantly surrounds me each and every day. Especially each morning and evening, when I pray and thank God and the angels for the many gifts I have been given, I always ask God to bless each of you. You have been my light, my hope and my strength more than ever during this time.

When we moved into our Florida home Barbara gave Bob and me outdoor chimes that have a beautiful tone and positive energy that we have enjoyed every day. At approximately 1:10 a.m. in the morning the evening Barbara passed over, I heard the chimes ring loudly in the still and quiet night air. I knew it was Barbara telling me she was on the final leg of her journey home. It was the happiest but saddest sound I have ever heard.

I am very happy to share with you that I have received my first written communication with Barbara since she passed over. The angels say we have all been transitioning forward, opening doors to the next phase of our life work! This time of saying goodbye to Barbara in her physical form and learning to speak with her in spiritual form has been one of learning patience, divine right order in the universal plan and then learning to trust God’s plan that has been laid out for me for the next phase of my life work. Barbara and my souls are “twin flames”, according to the angels, and we have held on to each other and loved each other throughout this lifetime.

Here is a picture of the two of us that is our favorite; Barbara at nearly 7 and me at nearly 1! Even then we were holding each other and sharing the love and support of one another. That love and support lives on. I can no longer grab the phone and call her just to hear her voice, but I sure can receive a beautiful message in writing from her to share with all of you. A portion of the writing from Barbara follows!

POSTSCRIPT FROM THE OTHER SIDE Barbara Mark

Hello Dear Sister; would you like to give a message to all the Angelspeakers?

Yes. It is a wonderful journey to be on the other side. You each wonder what it will be like and I say to you that there is nothing to fear. I am at home, with God and my beautiful spiritual family that welcomed me with open arms. On this side there is no fear or pain or difficulty as there is on earth. The lessons you came to earth to learn are not part of living here and therefore we only experience love and goodness. Does this sound fantastic to you? Well, it is thrilling and so wonderful to know that you can truly live the life in heaven that you could only dream of while on earth.

Continue to do your learning for it is so important to the larger plan on earth and in the universe. Each of we spirits come to earth to grow closer to God and to make a difference in the larger scheme of things. You are all part of the whole plan that needs to be accomplished while you are on earth. Each of you carries a light within you that is making a difference. Continue on your path and believe in yourself and your role in the larger work for the greater good. Love, love and more love is all that matters.

Thank you Angelspeakers, for allowing me to be a part of your spiritual journey when I was on earth. I love you, I bless you and I am so honored to be a part of your miraculous growth.

CELEBRATING BARBARA'S LIFE

After Barbara passed over I received the most beautiful letters of love and support from so many of you, I wish I could show you all of them. I am showing only a few in the newsletter but I want you to know how much I appreciate every word of love and caring each one of you sent to me. I have made a file in my computer called “Condolences” and on the days where I am missing Barbara or feeling sad, I read these beautiful “letters of love” from you and I am so grateful.

Dear Trudy,
Ever since Barbara's passing I have been going to write to you to send my thanks for continuing the work of Angelspeake. It is powerful, important, and valid work each of us on earth can benefit from. The classes I took with Barbara here in Yuma and in San Diego have been of unbelievable value. The benefits just continue and the work gets integrated more and more into my life.

Barbara was truly insightful when she told you she would be of tremendous help from the other side. I call upon her every time I do a session of Healing Touch or Therapeutic Massage and she is there with her band of Angels as well as my Angels, bringing insight and guidance to my work. I was very sad to hear that cancer took her life but I do understand we are here to follow our path and do our work, which is just what she did.

We mortals usually expect divine intervention when we ask for help and
healing but we must remember our will is not what makes the world go round but our acceptance of our place in the wheel of life. Your sister was absolutely amazing and I do love her.

I'm hoping to meet you one day and send my love in appreciation for the light you bring to so many of us with Angelspeake. Thank you for your continued work and blessing that Angelspeake may reach

Barbara's beautiful soul is living on and I know she is there for all souls that call upon her wisdom and help.  God bless you and I too hope we will meet one day soon!
